Apartment House Zvezda in Slovenia by Sadar Vuga Architects
March 16th, 2008 - Posted in Architecture Design
The House Zvezda is the first apartment building in Nova Gorica with it’s own garden, underground parking, a facade with French windows and balconies, and penthouses with terraces in the attic. It’s architecture and design offers an identity to it’s residents on three levels:
* My house – Zvezda House,
* My garden – the common house garden and
* My apartment.

The garden of the building is located between the crooked shape of the building, the Prvomajska Street and the street on the southern side of the location.

The garden represents the common space, where the residents can enjoy socializing and relaxing outside the building.Seen from the Rejceva Street and the Prvomajska Road – the play of “window” and “balcony” openings with emphasized frames on the color-neutral-facade background will become an easy-to-remember image and brand of the House Zvezda.
