This building complex is designed to be the most energy efficient, sustainable architecture in Canada. The Parkside Victoria managed to respond to the immediate context that ranged from building a valuable legacy for permanent valued open green space, developed urban core, and the key arterial framing connectors. Given the mix of contextual forces nearby, the solution appears as a modern building a peaceful co-exist in the historic capital city of Victoria city center.
