The Mountain Dwellings are the 2nd generation of the VM Houses, same client, same size and same street. Beijing South Railway Station, in China is the largest station in Asia and a core Olympic project which opened on 1st August 2008 for the Olympic Games, designed by Terry Farrell and Partners (TFP) in collaboration with the Tianjin Design Institute. This architectural giant is a station of monolithic proportions covering 940,000 sq m. The roof area is the size of 20 football pitches and includes a 30,000 sq m skylight to maximize natural light within the station.
