The Norman Foster’s first super luxurious Sailing yacht Panthalassa was launched at Perini Navi’s boatyard in Viareggio, Italy, as a connoisseur of vehicular design, joining an ever growing catalog of high luxury vehicles designed by the architect and Lord, as a connoisseur of vehicular design. Panthalassa with top speed of 15 knots, rises to 59 metres in height and has capacity for up to 12 guests and a crew of ten, has been designed by Foster + Partners for the more distinguished owner with comfort and style forging the streamline design. The IOC/IAKS Award is the only international architecture competition for sports and leisure facilities. This year 117 teams of operators and designers from 26 countries took part in the IOC/IAKS Award. In the 20 year old history this competition for sports facilities has never previously seen such number of registered participants. The Mountain Dwellings, a contemporary housing building was designed by architect Jakob Lange, Bjarke Ingels Group is located in Orestad city and offer the best of two worlds: closeness to the hectic city life in the centre of Copenhagen, and the tranquillity characteristic of suburban life, in Denmark. The Mountain Dwellings are the 2nd generation of the VM Houses, same client, same size and same street.
