The Ozuluama Residence is a unique origami residence design by Austrian Architects Collective in collaboration with Mexican at.103, with unique rooftop and nomadic structure floating above the diverse urban topography that located in the heart of Mexico City in the Condesa district, an intersection of Condesa’s tree-lined streets in Mexico. The Ozuluama Residence created at the beginning of the 20th century around what was once a racetrack and today a unique and vibrant neighbourhood of the city, including a couple of projects by Luis Barragán, several modernist buildings and some contemporary architecture, including the polyhedral home of architect Juan José Díaz Infante. Lake June Pointe House in Lake Placid, Florida, United States, is the first modern non-speculative house to be certified ‘Green’ by the Florida Green Building Coalition. Given the low budget available ($80 USD per sq. ft.), the ecological approach to green house design was mainly based on natural and established techniques used in Florida before air conditioning became mainstream. The Loblolly House seeks to fuse the natural elements of the site to architectural form.
