Designed by interior design firm RDD, Tom’s Bar at the Augustine Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic, was celebrated for its modern twist on the historic building’s ecclesiastical inheritance. The Tom’s Bar with its vaulted contemporary has been awarded as the ‘Best Café, Bar, Nightclub or Lounge’ from a European Hotel Design Award. The Augustine is part, and reflecting the group’s mantra: The Art of Simple Luxury, so RDD’s objective was to create a unique lounge bar in keeping with the grand and historic Rocco Forte Collection. The result is a resplendent classic vaulted room which at once reflects the cosmopolitan expectations of its clientele. Read more »

The Norman Foster’s first super luxurious Sailing yacht Panthalassa was launched at Perini Navi’s boatyard in Viareggio, Italy, as a connoisseur of vehicular design, joining an ever growing catalog of high luxury vehicles designed by the architect and Lord, as a connoisseur of vehicular design. Panthalassa with top speed of 15 knots, rises to 59 metres in height and has capacity for up to 12 guests and a crew of ten, has been designed by Foster + Partners for the more distinguished owner with comfort and style forging the streamline design. Level Green Exhibition in Germany by J. Mayer H. Architects architecture design

J. Mayer architects and Art+Com Berlin were commissioned to develop a permanent exhibition to highlight the topic of sustainability for the Autostadt in Wolfsburg, Germany. The exhibition Level Green encompasses approximately 1000 m2 and the project displays various aspects of the topic while creating an informative environment that addresses the visitor on multiple sensory levels. Similar to a continuous organism, the single elements of the exhibition are connected into one homogenous structure that houses all content and technical installations. The exhibition material argues for scientific research and the use of latest technological development as necessities for survival in the future. Read more »

From an old industrial structure in Mumbai to the new centre of learning in the Vidyalankar campus, it would be difficult to imagine a more vibrant transformation than that of the recently completed Vidyalankar Reloaded.
