The American Institute of Architects (Hong Kong Chapter) honoured RMJM’s design for Mont Orchid Riverlet Residential Development in Shenzhen with a Merit Award for Architecture. China Merchant Real Estate retained RMJM when the previous architect was unable to deliver the appropriate design.
